This thread started with some excellent examples of wood working skills and it's just natural that people would want to show off their handiwork in the same vein. I don't have the skills to produce that kind of workmanship; but if you want a house/garage/shed built.... call me.
I don't know if you would consider them hobbies... more like relaxation/rejuvenation activities.

As far as actually producing anything tangible (?)....
I play around a lot with computer graphics programs just for fun. Photoshop, Poser, Sketchup. Just for relaxation and to try to develop my artistic abilities.
Haven't finished any projects yet; but just started basic leatherworking. Going to attend a leather carving class in two weeks to try to learn what I am doing.Eventually want to tackle making my own sporrans and knife sheaths.
