I was planning on heading down to the Ferintosh one in Dumfriess at the end of jan but it has been shifted back to march. That's the only one I currently have plans to attend.

I noticed that on kiltforum.org, its strange that Robertson is'nt organising a night this month but having 2 in March. I see that one is sold out, not too sure if I would be able to cope with the generous amounts of malt that are drunk at his nights, I love malt but like most people I get greedy on it and the following day, I'm in no man's land, not knowing if I'm coming or going

Ah, the weather...I was hoping to go and visit the one statue of Burns here in Chicago on or near the day so I have to be sure that the snow shoes are tuned up...it's in a large park on the West Side.

As to the consumption of the malts...I'm with Jimmy...just can't take that much whisky these days...don't wanna write no checks that my body can't cash, y'know? I hear that with age comes wisdom but sometimes that seems poor compensation for the other sh*t.

I just wish i had your discipline to just take enough and no more, unfortunately I have a brother who loves malts and when he comes avisiting especially on a night that I wont be working the following day then a bottle of malt can be killed off with ease, I'm just a glutton for punishment.
you know I don't think I have ever worn the kilt while suffering a hangover, somehow its the last thing I would want to wear.
Does anyone think that the kilt is an appropriate dress while recovering from a hangover?
