As much as I would love to dispense advice, we would all be a lot better at telling you what's fitting well or a bit off if we had photos.

That being said, from the sound of things, I would echo the advice on the lewis hose, as I think that you can get them sized for larger calves.

Yes they do! I have one pair of the fully fashioned, and three pairs of the standard. The fully fashioned ones are more comfortable- and fit just right to stay up without garters- but the standard ones fit really well, too. My calves are 19.5 inches at their widest, and the standard ones fit just fine. They do, however, fit snugly enough that I need garters to hold them up. So they are a bit tighter.
