It's not often we get to see such formal daytime events. A great opportunity to see the correct, accepted formal attire for military, kilted and non-kilted folks.
In this case, a black kilt jacket and waistcoat, white shirt, tartan hose, silk necktie, silver mounted sporran ( or mask ), black brogues ( although buckled could be worn ).
