This is a good example of why it's more important to build a relationship with a reputable supplier instead of trying to find the "cheapest" price on the internet. Several recent threads have bemoaned their bad experiences with overseas suppliers. I am continually perplexed as to why XMarkers choose to deal with new, untested businesses instead of those who have proved their reliability.
I've bought kilts and other items from Matt for years- and will continue to do so. His service is always friendly, prompt, and trustworthy. His goods (particularly his kilts) are excellently crafted and heirloom quality. Additionally, patronage of the Scottish Tartans Museum helps support the educational mission of the Museum, a resource to all those interested in tartan and the kilt. I recommend him highly.
Cordially,
David
