Problem with this is that we all have to start somewhere. I am in the process of starting my own Highland supply business, and because it's not even up and running as of yet, I can by definition NOT have a good track record or reputation. The only way I get that is by getting people to trust me, and then by living up to their expectations. I am a new untested business in need of proving my reliability. How do I that other than getting people to buy from me?
