Horse Hair Sporran completed

I'm extremely impressed on both the sporran and jacket (but especially the sporran), however it looks a bit long. Maybe shorten it so it doesn't go past the kilt?

It is a little long. When I was finishing it, my wife, the chief measurement taker, was asleep, so I had to measure it myself. It is a little tricky measuring something as dynamic as hair.
