No evidence of it being a corner. The full sett can be determined.

However, the bottom edge is frayed less, and partly for that reason I believe it's a selvage. The other reason I believe it's a selvage is because there appear to be a few stripes near it (i.e. the bottom edge), and also near the left edge, that do not appear to be repeated elsewhere in the sett.
Not a selvedge in sight.
