    What browser/OS are you using?

The big red X seems to appear for most people.

I have this problem on my facebook account.
    No prompts are visible.
If I hover my cursor over the area where the prompts should be I'm able to execute whatever function is called for.
I don't know why this is but it seems to work.
    give it a try.

I am using Firefox and Windows & as well... I wish I could help as I used the red X and everything seems to be working for me. Have you closed your browser, reopening it and then tried logging in again?
