The gent back row on the left (with the oak leaves in his bonnet) is eagle43172. It was really cool meeting everybody. Looking forward to Salado in November. (I wish more folks would wear plant badges! I wouldn't feel so alone.)

    One more thing...
Was anyone else disappointed with the lack of "scottish" vendors at the "Scottish Festival"? If you wanted rain gutters, gypsie clothes, fantasy jewelry, "Lord of the Rings" style weaponry or utilikilts you were in luck. I was looking for a colored balmoral bonnet and none of the four scottish stores had one (or really much else.) What's the deal? You'd think a "scottish" fest would be more Scottish.

Sorry I missed the photo; I was working the T-Shirt, Programs and Raffle Ticket sales booth at noon on Saturday. Several clans, including my clan (MacKay), didn't show this year because of the early June timeframe. The complaint is that is too hot in June for the events. Next year, however, the games are moving to early May. Hopefully, more vendors and clans will show up.

A big issue you'll run into is that Scarborough runs through May. There are quite a few Rennies at the Games so we we'll end up having to choose between the two. You also have to go early May to get cooler. The weekend before this wasn't much cooler.

The skunk on the right is also an Artificer.

And while we're on the subject, it's great to see that beautiful snakeskin bag of yours being worn, Jim. It's a very cool, and very unique sporran.

Thus far, I had only seen pics of it alone on a table/bench.

I am only a few hours north in Oklahoma City. Next year, I am going to make it down to that event. Looks like a good turnout. I really wish I could have been able to make it this year.
Left when viewing, or stage right. But yeah, that end.
