    Welcome home MB,

The dry part of the Burns Night was probably for the best given the driving conditions. That is quite a canyon isn't it?

We must have some pics. Somehow I can't picture a bunch of kilted gents in the heart of Morman country. I was raised there so no diddain but it is still hard to imagine!

Marilyn and I had a giggle about one older gentelman. He had a beautiful tank made in Scotland about 40-50 years ago and put on a whole lot of few pounds and never had his kilt resized or gotten another. He has created a new style for men, mini Kilt. It was a good thing he had on black biker shorts what a view from behind. Mostly all the men were kilted and one bloke had tartan trou. The ladies if they they did not have on a tartan dress they had on a Tartan Sash. A few men were dressed Jacobite style, chieftan vest or leather vest. All in all it was fun and we did get to meet a few people. Left the Camera in marilyn's car and She has it at work. Will post in picture site later. Oh, no problem driving a Subaru Legacy GT in the snow it was slow and had the blinkers on so nobody would backend us.

Great country - My mom (a Paskett) comes from Henefer. I spent many a summer there before Park City was even an idea. If you end up in Henefer give a wave - I'm related to about half the town ;-)

Well it is a small world - if your in Henefer and turn towards the river and bridge between the general store and the post office (I bet that hasn't changed much), you drive past my uncle's farm on the left. Be sure to say "hi" to uncle Grant for me - ok? ;)

Although it seems the event wasn't all you'd hoped it would be, I'm glad you made it back ok.
