Glad to hear you had good communication with the Viking Technology site. Wish I could say the same, but unfortunately I can't.
The problems I experienced - to the tune of many hundreds of dollars - centered on unresponsiveness on Viking Technology's part. If additional details are requested, I can provide specifics, including copies of e-mails, dates, times, names and equally importantly, the circumstances surrounding our interaction.
For the sake of the peace here at X-marks, we probably shouldn't even delve further into the subject of the quality of the product shipped. If you want to go there though, I'll be glad to supply photographic evidence.
