BTW... if anyone has some spare time, please do me a favor and check the functionality of the new stuff on our site... add things to cart, look for spelling errors, etc.
Let me know if you see any mistakes.

Saltire not saltaire

Erm... the national flag of Scotland is the saltire, (not the saltaire) and so the kilt should be spelled the same way.
The saltire, St Andrew's Cross, or crux decussata is the diagonal cross that St Andrew is said to have been martyred on. It's the principal element of the Scottish flag ('blazoned azure, a saltire in argent').
'Saltaire' is the name of a village originally built as a 'model community' by the Victorian industrialist Sir Titus Salt to house the workers in his woollen mills. It's near Shipley, in West Yorkshire.
Best regards

OK - I had this mental image of a basket full of some sort of new sandwitches. Longabergers - a cross between the hot dog and the burger (hence the spelling difference!) It's not a hot dog, it's not a hamburger, it's a Longaberger! And a whole basket of them! And only one person gets them after hours of grueling bingo play.................

a TINY bit... The kilt is my size (37.5) and the dummy is a 34" waist. I took the pics as best I could.

Rocky,
The Firefighter's Memorial Tartan looks great and I really like how this is so much significance tied into the history and making of the kilt...One thing I've learned from others on this site is once you're hooked, you're hooked...Being a professional firefighter, I will probably have to get one.
You guys are eating into my Harley fund!

Unfortunately, no... Sportkilt and Stillwater both already have it. No sense in duplicating every single tartan in the "casual" market.
That and Jerry (from Stillwater) and I have a "gentleman's agreement" of sorts. I'd send him Leatherneck inquiries if he sends me Navy and Army inquiries. Check him out first for an inexpensive Leatherneck tartan kilt.
Now if you need a 5 yard wool in the Leatherneck, I'm your guy. ;)

Thanks Rocky. I was just thinking that with your Casual Kilt Package it'd be easier than individually piecing everything together, though I want the Leatherneck tartan for my first kilt. With that being said, I'll be going to Jerry for the Leatherneck, and maybe I'll just have to get the package with the Irish National. ;)
