Been kilted mainly full-time for around seven years. I have to wear a uniform at work when I'm on-duty, but can (and do) wear the kilt to work when I'm not expected to respond to emergencies.

Pants for the job (ladder work can lead to unintended displays) but kilted at all other times!

Off topic but I believe there is a group of carpenters in Cali that only wear kilts, tartan ones at that. Also some utilikilts come with a modesty snap.

Mr Dove, did`ja see I just counselled this young part time kilted carpenter to full-timedom. Gosh that just shows my stature as a hero (that and twenty bucks!)

Whose grumpy?....I'm 6'2" blonde blue eyed old guy that has great legs!
an aside...my mother bought a church and turned it into a ballet studio..it was the late 50's and 60's we lived in this church. I had 300 girls go through my house a week...the girls liked my legs so GRANT, need I say more....think dancers...well toned muscular ladies in tights and leotards....the 60's....Love , Peace, (drugs)...freedom.... Heck I didn't need a kilt to be checked! They came to my house Grant on a daily basis! 7 days a week...think about it Grant....I don't have to worry about kilt checks or tattoos...grumpy old codger ya right....you owe me a beer!

Not that I'm one to criticize, but it's probably time to wash that 1 kilt, Robert. It's probably pretty ripe by now.

But Rocky can you get to Victoria for your cameo at the Freedom Kilts shop and still make it back to the states in time for Dave's story?

    Have kilt, will travel...

    Cheers

Fill time except for work where I'm not allowed to. (In Scotland working for a Scottish company!)
But I do think Grant would make a fantastic hero.
