Isn't that the truth. I'm firmly in the mule class, I'm afraid.

Ours won't be huge. I've got a feeling it will be used to purchase a lot of pressure-treated lumber, with which I will be expected to build a deck on the back of the house.
I've got enough kilt stuff, anyway.

I paid extra this year so I am hoping for a nice refund. Kilt related IOS material from MM. Non kilt related, new monitor for my new computer (the new computer was a necessity that ate into the IOS fund a little) and the rest goes to bills and the OSPCA.

Refund?
If it comes, it will reimburse my bank account for the truck that replaced the van that died last week. It's a cat-eating-spider-eating-fly kinda thing....the new roof on the house will chew up anything else.

The Rev and Mrs Nutjob are getting new formal wear for the upcoming wedding season. I'm dumping mine into Colorado Celtic Weddings, which is a joint venture between a wedding coordinator friend of mine and myself. Wish us luck! Our first purchase arrived yesterday- a Clergy tartan kilt/skirt set from Sport Kilts. The kilt is not formal, but it will be great to wear to festivals in the middle of summer. Her skirt, on the othe hand, looks fantastic! I'm awaiting my semi trad from USAK, and my Balmoral Wolfe tartab from ScotWeb Store.I bought a new stag horn sgain dubh, and a dedicated phone line, business cards, and 500 brochures. So that's what my tax return is going to.

I didn't work for the vast majority of 2007, and when I did I certainly didn't make much. So it won't be much at all, I'll probably just bank it and buy groceries and yarn. You know, the important things in life.
