    The "CROM A BOO" banner has something to do with the Fitzgerald's. Some time on google may reveal more info. Oh, and very nice pictures.

    You're on the right track. 'Crom a Boo' is an Anglicisation of the Irish, Crom abú, the motto of the Fitzgeralds. It basically means 'Crom to victory'. (Crom was a pagan Irish deity of the earth.)
