Amazing!!
This is the one word I would use to discribe Barb.
I ordered her book a good 2 weeks ago. Two days ago I found an e-mail in my inbox (addressed to my wife, though) from her stating that she had somehow overlooked my order. She was quite apologetic, and assured me that she'd get it in the mail the next day.
To be bold enough to admit to a fault is simply amazing. I wish there were a way to do more business with Barb... she's awesome!

Barb is certainly a busy lady but even with that small error her book is well worth the wait.
