So I'm at a week-long conference of about 500 therapists - mostly in the addictions field - and mostly women. I'd guess 5 to 1 ladies over men. So many ladies they converted one of the men's rooms to a lady's room...

I've been here two days now and NOT ONE lady has commented on my kilts. A couple of double takes or stolen glances, but no comments.

BUT - I've had at least a dozen men stop me and ask questions about my kilts. Even in the men's room and at the AA meeting after the workshops.
I don't ever recall having so many men interested in my kilts. Its usually the ladies. And none of the guy's questions are weird or sideways or teasing. They seriously want to know about the kilt. About half of them have offered up their ancestral clan information to me.

Go figure....????
