March 31st works for me. And my early May blackout has been removed because...
... the early May grandson arrived yesterday - 10 weeks early! Some medical difficulties necessitated a C-section delivery (mother and son are doing fairly well.) My visit to help out there has been moved up to February 28th for ten days!

Oops, the 31st isn't going to work after all. Let's keep working on this.

Sunday March 4th, 1:00 to 7:00 PM, then dinner?
We probably won't completely finish X-Kilts in that time, but folks will get close and I canpossibly finish off one of the Nor-Cal Ladies Lindsay skirts.
If folks can do that time, sound off and I'l llook for a place.
I don't want to get into April because Games start in April (Woodland) and I will be working like a madman on whatever boat I buy, to get it ready for a 400-mile offshore race in July. And, of course, I will be in the first couple of months of a new job.
Of course, just because *I* don't want to doesn't mean that other people can't gather.

Allright, Sunday, March 4th 1-7 pm. I'm in! But, given I have to be at work at 7 am the following morning, and in some reasonable state to perform surgery, I'll probably not be able to stay out later for dinner.
Be well,

wow, wish I could do that. 2 major problems, 1) I can't make the trip. and 2) I don't know how to use a sewing machine
but on the other hand I did print out the X-kilt instructions and give them to my mother to see if she could help me. (but all I got was a "your crazy" look.)

Sounds good to me
Count me in-let me know if I need to bring lots of extension cord, though.
Ground floor, right? don't wanna haul the Rex up flights of stairs!
