Heheheehe. Me Own Mum!! Really time for that Kathy Lare tank.
If you don't take her up you're crazy. If you do take her up on the offer, you're doomed. Welcome to the dark side.

Congrats on mother's support. It is nice to be encouraged to be who you really are.

Now you really have no reason to bungle the Mother's Day gifts.
Welcome to the addiction.
BYOT.
CT - bring your own tank (every man needs at least one).

When I first caught the itch, I was but a lad of 17. The tank was a graduation gift. The date was May 17, 2002. My @$$ first touched tartan around 3:30 that afternoon.
Within the first year, I had an 8 yard in the hunting Ross, a four yard in the NYC tartan , a 6 yard canvas kilt, a feileadh mor in the Wallace, two belts, three sporrans, two sporran belts, three sets of flashes, 5 pair of hose... and a puffy shirt.
Yes- the addiction is real, and you need to make sure it doesn't get the better of you!
I myself, have learned to conquer it. I've just recieved my first new kilt in over five years (if you don't count the one Matt rebuilt).

As we say in Texas, strike when the iron is hot, son. You will not be disappointed by a kilt made by Kathy Lare. I have one and plan on ordering a second.
