Didn't want to hijack the other thread, but there was a link to the above. Looks like reporduction(?) regimental kilts. Any experience with Jerry? Any knowledge of his kilts?

I have some friends in WWII reenacting who do a 15th (Scottish) Division and Cameron Highlander impression, and they do a lot of business with Jerry. To my knowledege, they haven't had any problems.
Cheers,

Somebody here on this board had one... And mentioned that it uses, erm, what was it called... I think he called them "rolled pleats." I am not sure. But it is a slightly different pleating on those. Somebody in the know want to help me out? As I seem to recall, rolled pleats are a hell of a lot thicker.
Some of them are box pleated too.

I've never heard a bad word about What Price Glory either service or product. His products are what he says they are with no hype. Heck, if he ever has a kilt in a 22 inch length I'm there.

I reenact 2nd Battalion, B Company Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, WWII. I deal extensively with Jerry Lee, without any incident.

I found out what rolled pleats were. WOW!
Must be one hell of a tank of a kilt. In 22 ounce wool, that be a heavy kilt!

From what I see the shortest Cameron is 24 inches, only the Black Watch comes in 23. Then again, my wife is going to have some input on this one so who knows, she might prefer the Cameron to the Black Watch. Time will tell. I kinda promised her she gets to pick.
