Found this link to pictures of the Victoria Highland Games. Some of the pictures are very interesting ... Steve of Freedom Kilts makes an appearance in one, there's a picture of a guy with two Scottish Terriers letting us all know the answer to the Question, and one of the athletes appears to be wearing a skirt rather than a kilt, but since she's female, it's okay. (Also, she appears to be having no difficulty at all chucking the weight over the bar, and I wouldn't want to tell her she was dressed wrong .)
