    Where to buy COTTON tartan fabric?

    I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

    Does anyone know an online store that has a good selection of cotton tartan fabrics available?

    You can try scottishweaver.com.

    They have a big selection.

    However, cotton isn't the best fabric for a kilt. it wrinkles at the thought of sitting down.

    Check with Matt at the museum store. I just bought several yards of very nice cotton tartan for some projects. Good quality.
