I'm going to make a bagpipe banner for the Wisconsin Highland Games this September.



Mine will have the Gordon crest on it. But I have a few questions. What do you think I should make it out of? I was thinking felt so that it'll keep it's shape, but still flow a bit. Any suggestions?
