And the hits keep on coming

So, I put on the shirt I bought yesterday with my blackwatch kilt, and since I still dunnae have my lovat greens to go 100% on the look, put my newly acquired-formerly Matt Newsome-owned khaki hose and off I went to the store to get some groceries.

(I know, where's my wife? She's got something important to do-namely take a nap and watch her Tivo shows)

So, its sunny out, I put my sunglasses and feeling fine I get to the store.

No longer did I step in when I had a girl about mid-twenties come to me to tell me that a friend of hers wears a self made kilt for reenactments and that he wants to start wearing them daily but doesnt know where to go or get a kilt, she mentioned that she herself is a McDowell(MacDougall) and she 'loves' all things scottish and wants to get herself a kilted skirt.

So, nifty guy I've become since carrying a sporran, grabbed a pen, asked for her phone, and also gave her my email as well as XMarks website address for her and her friend to check.

Also had a senior male approach and ask me where did I get my kilt because he's always wanted one, he is a MacIntosh so I gave him SWK's website and XMarks as well (running out of paper to write stuff out)

Finished my shopping and came back home, I've posted a picture of my outfit today in the casual kilt's thread if anyone cares to comment.

Good days like this can make a guy wear a kilt daily instead of 3 times a week.

Your right that the positive comments make the wearing of the kilt even more enjoyable.

Perhaps its because as men we are not used to being complemented on our clothing, after all the standard fare is pretty boring.

Since I'm not teaching summer school this year I have only needed to wear pants a few times (not quite ready to wear the Kilt to Church or funerals).

Daily kilt wear could easily become an addiction!!!!
