    First sgian-dhu

    Boy can I get in to trouble quick. I found a cheap kitchen knife, some leather scraps, got some bake it your self clay an wham-o. I know it is not a materpice but the wife and I worked on it togrther so that makes it the best in the world...

    Just a run of the mill butcher knife 50 cents at goodwill, dremmel tool to shape, and some left over leather scrap. The bake your self clay is neat I am making a kilt pin next, it carves and sands like wood after baked.

    Thanks for idea. I already have a "el-cheapo" blade (taken from a cheap knife). Instead of working with wood handle, I'll try clay.
