pulled my old Argyl outa storage.

    Ok,
So after loosing a some weight and going to the gym 5 days a week (not done yet, still ahve a lot of toning to do..and more weight to loose) I decided to pull my old Argyle jacket out of storage to wear at a wedding that I was playing for today..outside.
    So here we go...

and here is one from outside...my jacket was doing something wierd on the (my) left side..

And two things...I like it buttoned up...don't know why...I always wear my jackets buttoned..it just feels more natural., and I know the sleeves are long, but this way when I play, they don't feel like they are up to my forearms!!

    Cheers,
    Chad

Looks good - well done training! Must be fun to fit in again. (in the jacket ofcourse)

And yeah - the guy whom I bought my argyll off asked me whether I played the pipes or drums because the sleeves needed to be longer for pipers.. so that's fine.

I think I got the same socks as you do.

    Thanks Daniel,
I still have about 10 to 15 pounds left to go, plus toning up some more and getting some definition. The only BAD thing about that, is then Ill have to get the jacket tailored!!
I love my pipers hose, I wear them even when I am not playing, they're just really comfy!
    Cheers,
    Chad

Hahah.. well sacrifices have to be made huh :P

And yeah, the piper hoses are awesome...they are also the only hoses I can wear with my legs, unless they order a pair for me. (extravaganza long :P, I only fold them over once, not twice).

Enjoy your argyll jacket for which you made yourself to measure. (well ain't that service for that auld argyll jacket!)

You're lookin' good there PM. I like the tie you wore, too. I have a similar that I wear with the kilt to weddings whether I'm performing or not.

Looks great... I also like the tie. Very cool.
