Kilts at Tweed Green, Peebles

A friend from central Scotland had a booking to play bagpipes at a wedding near Peebles in the Scottish Borders this evening, so this provided an opportunity for a kilted meet in the afternoon. Afternoon coffee in the Park Hotel and a walk along the banks of the River Tweed. Here we are on the footbridge at Tweed Green, Alan in Wallace tartan and me in County Armagh tartan.

No, Jock, we didn't spot any salmon on the Tweed today.
