Hello northernsky, glad to meet you.
QV is a military school, it was founded in 1908 to commemorate Scottish soldiers who fell in the South African Wars and a memorial to Queen Victoria.

    The students all look wonderful.

This is the first time I've seen the Lindsay kilts (guessing it's Lindsay). Are the Lindsays from your school, or from a cadet group?

I've always wondered why there isn't an Order of Saint John tartan, with all the members in Scotland.

Sorry, but not Lindsay. Don't know which tartan it is though...

Very Nice pictures... Thank You for posting them... its good seeing up close the uniform of the school and the subtule differences in the ranking of the students..it seems everyone was enjoying themselves..
