Comments at the gas station
I live in a small town. The people here don't get out of their comfort zone much. So needless to say I get more negative comments then positive.
I seldom let what others think or say bother me.
While out and about today I had to stop for gas and went in to get a drink.
As I was at the cooler I heard the lady at the counter say"that is a kilt not a skirt, their is a difference. Real men wear kilts."
When I reached the counter a group of teens just put their heads down and walked out. I thanked her and we had a nice conversation.
I usually don't write about my day,but that was the first time I didn't have to explain my kilt.
Here is a pic when I got home.
