I'm wondering if anybody has a basic pattern for a Drummer's Plaid? I have some matching regimental wgt. Black Watch material that I want to fashion as a plaid of some sort as an option to wear for some piping engagements. I might go with the plaid that Matt N. outlined here , but the material piece I have is a bit oddly sized, so I'm looking for my best option. I am not interested in a fly plaid, don't have enough material or real interest in a Piper's Plaid, so I think either of these will fit the bill.
