48th Highlanders of Canada Memorial
In Memory of our Fallen Heroes
The 48th Highlanders of Canada Regimental Museum is attempting to put a face to all those members of the regiment that were KIA or DOW during World War 1 and World War 11.
There were about 2000 soldiers that lost their lives and and the museum has photos of about 100 of them. Most of the photos are head shots and we would love to see them in kilts, but we will take what we can. If any of your family members served in this unit and did not return home from the war the museum would be thankful in getting a photo of him for their archives.
Here is a link to a YouTube video.
The video's title is "48th Highlanders of Canada Memorial for Remembrance Day"
