Talking what to do what to do...

A grand dilemma to have to be sure.

I must have been good because Santa was good to me this year. Got lots of Kilt pins and a new sporran. Even got a lovely Thistle pocket watch. Now the hard part.

I received a $100.00 gift certificate to Celtic Croft. I love those guys. Wonderful folks to work with. So the dilemma is this. Thaw should I get? A new Kilt is of course always a good choice, but they have so many things to choose from.

    What's tops on your list?

I got my first kilt through the Celtic Croft, they certainly are great people to work with. Congratulations on your gift. As for what to get, do you have a nice sgian duhb? They have some very nice looking ones, I especially like the antler handled ones. A kilt travel roller is something that I have looked at in the past, but have not gotten yet.

I think I would drop it on a Damascus Steel Sgian Dhub whilethey still have them on sale and available. $109 for a damascus bladed carved and studded wood handled SD that really looks nice, IMHO, is a good deal.

Otherwise you could always piss off the trads and get a tartan flatcap or two (just kidding Jock).

All good ideas. I am trying not to let the money "burn a hole in my pocket." I have like 8 copies of their catalog in my house and I am checking their clearance bins regularly. I'll have to be judicious. Funny how long the dream list is and how hard the decision is to make when some funds become available.
