There you should find instructions for posting pics.

The problem we have is that pictures cannot be posted to the forum directly from your computer. They must be uploaded to some hosting service on the web first.

Using the same code that is described in the FAQ, I used to post pictures uploaded to the user albums in the profiles, and the forum gallery. your own album pictures even give you the VB coded address to copy and paste. I'm guessing that all still works.
