An X Marks Tartan Freedom Kilt opportunity.

With the availability of a run of the X Marks Tartan in P/V, Freedom Kilts will be offering our new line of Off-The-Rack kilts in the X Marks Tartan.

These differ from our standard Tartan Model kilt only in that they are in standard waist sizes and do not have slope built into the waistband.

Each kilt will have included, as standard, Three Pockets. 2 Side Slash and one Under-Apron pocket.

All the Off-The-Rack kilts will have a 24" hem but can be shortened for a nominal extra cost.

We will offer these kilts for a limited time only as this Tartan fabric is a one-off run by the weaver. When the fabric is gone the offer is over.

The cost for these kilts will be $285.00cdn (approx. $284.15 us) plus shipping. The cost of the fabric is included.

These kilts will not be offered on our website. Please contact me directly at:

Re: An X Marks Tartan Freedom Kilt opportunity.

As we wait for the new bolts of fabric to arrive I thought I would give you a preview of our Off_The-Rack kilts.

We have some of the original run of the X Marks Tartan in P/V left over so I thought we would get a head start on the kilts that some of you have ordered.

Here are Jackson and Mikko laying out a few kilts.

And a little closer of one pleated to the white stripe just after it has had the pleats pressed. The next step for this kilt is on to the sewing machine to have the Fell Tapered.

We have finished one kilt but it is pretty small. The only person in the shop that it will fit is Mikko so we talked him into strapping it on to show you how an X Marks Kilt looks when pleated to the yellow stripe.

As I mentioned before the X Marks kilts we will be making from this new run of fabric will be just like our new Off-The-Rack kilt line.

Here are just a couple of the other Tartans we offer in this line.

    Maple Leaf and Stewart Black.

Solid Black with Black Satin 'tux' stripe. This kilt is from our rental fleet.

McLeod Hunting Pleated Catsup and Mustard.

    Gray Granite

    Here are Wallace and Hollyrood.

Our Off-The-Rack kilts all have the three pockets that the X Marks kilts will have.

We now have a stock of X Marks Off-The-Rack kilts hanging in the shop. I thought you would like to get a glance at them.

The one on the left is pleated to the white stripe and the one on the right to the yellow stripe.
