    Kilt Night with CDNSushi

    Hi folks,

CDNSushi has returned from Japan. He and his wife are staying with Bobbie and I at The Rockport and we would like to extend a warm welcome to him.

Anyone wishing to have a Kilt Night or just a dram-&-chat this upcoming weekend at Freedom Kilts and then dinner/drinks at The Fernwood Inn? (Friday the 5th or Saturday the 6th of July)

Steve: I wish I lived close to Victoria so I could meet you and your guests, and join you in the festivities, but unfortunately that's not going to be possible. I hope you have a congenial visit and a good time, and post a pic or two. Is CDNSushi's return to this hemisphere indefinite?

Yes. We are repatriating for a number of reasons, among which is a family member who is not well and may require more assistance in the near future.

But also, we feel that our future opportunities have a brighter future here than in Japan right now - a complex topic best discussed over a dram or four... :-)

Great to have you back on this side of the planet, JD.

I wish you and your family good health and good fortune, my friend.

If I were near BC I would attend.

I'll hoist a dram in absentia instead.

Are CDNSushi and wife staying on the west coast, or are they to return to Japan?

Welcome back! America will benefit from your return.

May the Good Lord bless you and your family member to whom you will surely bring much comfort and peace of mind.

Have a great time visiting with Steve and other friends and may the future provide you many satisfying opportunities.

Wish I was a bit closer.
Steve and Bobbie are super hosts and I've attended a couple of excellent kilt nights in Victoria.
    Have fun folks!
