Biker Gang on my block... sort of. :)
Well, for all of you riders on XMarks, today bikers in our part of the world (except for me) are all at Port Dover for their regular "Friday 13 Rally" but last week we saw the Golden Helmets, the Ontario Provincial Police (that's like "State Troopers" for you 'Mericans 
) demonstration team riding (in formation of course) down the street while we were on our way out of town to the kilted wedding. We wondered where they were going.
Well, it turns out that they were on their way to our street and our block. One of our wonderful neighbours is the retired Deputy Commissioner of the OPP and before that, the leader of the Golden Helmets, so he invited his friends over to the house for a BBQ after their performance at our Fall Fair.
Great bunch; they even park in formation!
This picture was taken by another of our neighbours after her 11-year old daughter looked out the window and said, "Mommy - I think Mr. Carson has company today."
