    Kilt Suits...

    Just happened across a photo of a guy in a "Kilt Suit" what looks like a regular suit with the kilt the same color as the jacket and vest? To me this just looks rather odd, kind of like a woman's church dress outfit. I mean really is a pinstriped garment in say a grey pinstripe a kilt, or just a pleated dress?
