What is your favorite way to dress in the Contemporary style?

NOTE: In case you found this thread through New Posts, just an FYI that it is in the Contemporary Kilt Wear section and I'm looking to discuss the Contemporary approach in this thread.

Do you have a favorite way to dress in the Contemporary style? The way you dress for your everyday activities?

The core of dressing in the contemporary style is wearing what is appropriate for the given activity and weather. Obviously dressing with a nod to the traditional is great but not required. The Contemporary style spans the entire spectrum of kilt wear.

In-formal (Beach, picnic or mowing the lawn)
    Active (Camping or Hiking)
Casual (Walking the dog, an evening out to your local pub.)
Games and Festivals (Attending your local Highland Games or Ren Faire or fancon)
Inclement weather (In the rain, snow or wind)
Dressing nice (A dinner date with your SO or attending your church/synagogue/temple)
    Business (Jacket and tie)
Dressing up Well (Opening night at the theater or the funeral of a friend)

Feel free to post pics to illustrate how you dress for these situations.

    I wear the kilt because:
    Swish + Swagger = Swoon.
