How can anyone possibly be "wrong" when there are so many widely varied concepts as to what is "right?"
Rumi said, "Out beyond ideas of rightdoing and wrongdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there."
Think I just heard on the radio that Rumi's 800th birthday is this week.
There's a standard two word response involving an insertion related verb and a noun that is the appropriate response to these crazy folks.
In my profession we find many "rule bound" folks were raised in crazymaking homes as children and now as adults cling to any set of rules they happen to like. Gives them comfort knowing theres a "right way" and that they are "right" and we are "wrong" making them "better" than us. What a sad sad way to live...frightened and anxious about doing the "wrong" thing and suffering eternal damnation for screwing up...ya gotta pitty the poor fools.
But ya know, if I am going to suffer eternal damnation in the bowels of Hell at least I'll be kilted.
