Happened to be out and about, so stopped in and looked at the Oxford Teddy shoes they offered. They were ok, but I went across the street to a shoe store and picked out something that was a little better quality while still affordable to me.

These were basically the same kind of shoe as at Target, but a bit shinier and a little nicer looking: higher quality leather and construction... They were priced at what I had budgeted for shoes, so I went with them. If I had less cash, I would have gone with the Target shoes and been all right with it.

And yes, they will go with a kilt outfit I am starting to put together... As well as, the suits I bought the other day. That's just the way it has to be.

Nice! I want one of those new SWK heavies... They look nice.

This one is high-end, but it's a great style.
Actually, George, it's one of those $30 Frugal Corner sporrans. The fittings are loose, the shamrocks spin... it's realy very irritating. I really do want a hunting sporran, though- that's second on my list for sure right after getting a better quality dress sporran. The one you showed me looks great. Thanks for that link.
