    All right, I've thought about it for a while.

    A black velvet knife pleat kilt with slightly contrasting,silk edge stitching. The velvet could be a velvet-like material if real velvet isn't physically possible for a kilt.

    Dark green hose, along with a simple, short tuxedo-like jacket, etc. I might try to work in a bolo tie.

    * Velvet kilt might be better in dark blue with dark goldish-green edge stitching the more I think about it, and fewer wider pleats like some of the five yard kilts. The sporran would be a plain, black, smooth leather (not really shiny) with no ornamentation or cantle. Shoes: regular patent leather pumps or Oxfords.
    Can't make up my mind on the color of the edge stitching.
