I was in college in the sixties…
So I don’t remember.

It is a classic! A Chicago shock jock in the '80's idolized that film (anyone remember Jonathon Brandmeier?). And, hey, aren't toga's MUGs?
Oh, FYI, WGN cable doesn't have a morning show, just noon & nine.

As much as I am a big fan of Babs, I could never quite find it in me to enjoy Benny Hill.
I've always been more of a 'footlights' fan.
It just took me a few months before I understood why certain things in American films were funny.
Diane still hates watching America's funniest home videos with me because the most I will do is smirk, but Family Guy will have me roaring with laughter.
I have to say, once Diane took a minute to explain things to me like 'American college in the 60's went like this...' I really, really enjoyed the film.
I guess humour really is such a social thing.

Hey Finn,
Believe it or not but Jonathon Brandmeier is back on the air here, WLUP mornings. For some reason he went to California to be a movie/radio star and failed.

I went to the Animal House web site and took the final exam and scored 100%. What's that mean?

Glen,
Huh, how about that! Remember his late night talk show on Fox? I was in Da Region about a year ago and only listened to XRT which isn't as great as it used to be.
It was weird being kilted in my home area. I'll do it again in June, though.

Don't forget the annual Toga Party in Cottage Grove, Oregon, celebrating the movie. See you there!
