We use alumalite in molds. You can just about make it look like anything.

I'm no math whiz (Bob would snort iced tea out his nose at THAT understatement) but does the following not, err, follow to anybody else?

1/4 inch almost 6mm to 1/2 inch almost 13mm. 3/8 inch is almost 1 centimeter..........(A.K.A. 10mm)

Yes, you can sand it, polish it, paint it, put paint in the mold so it is embedded in it....
