Not Maxwell...
At first glance, I thought it was Maxwell Ancient as well, but when I looked closer, I noticed an extra line... (see arrows below)

Good call. Probably MacKintosh, then. The blue is so dark, though, that it looks black in the photo, which is what made me think Maxwell. A bit unusual, since the rest of the colors look like they would be in the ancient color scheme, which would normally make the blue a lighter blue.

Matt, I had better get that one right (see my avatar) ! The blue often shows up more like black in most of my pictures. The tartan shows up better, I think, in the whole picture of the gentleman. Why he's holding that particular crest, I don't know. Notice the dirk too!
