On The Issue Of Semantics
just a thought, but is it not a little bit of a narrow view to suggest that anything not wool is junk or use cheap to sound as if it extends beyond cost?
Take for example Stillwater, who is also an advertiser here, Jerry has provided me excellent service, been responsive to my inquiries and supplied me with a product that has met my limited budget and to my mind is not junk.
Certainly I would not compare the quality to a 16 oz. handsewn wool kilt but I do not think it is poor quality. There are other merchants who sell in the same price range whose standards are rather poor.
I have a couple kilts now that are not wool and handsewn etc. and they will allow me to enjoy wearing a kilt while I save money to buy a high quality wool kilt. This is a tough economy, and there are bills to pay and expenses to meet so I do not regret having a couple of Stillwaters.
